You get one focused in-person session each week, and a custom program designed around your body, your goals, and the gym (or equipment) you already have access to, for two more days of training on your own.

Why does everyone start with the Baseline Session?

Because I can't program for an N of 1 without data. The baseline gives me your movement quality, current strength, injury history, and goals — so your very first month of coaching is already built around you. It's required before hybrid coaching begins.

How does billing work?

Monthly auto-pay at $550/mo, charged in advance. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. The Baseline Session is a separate one-time $100 charge to start.

Where do the in-person sessions happen?

At Stroud's Fitness in Hurst, TX. You'll need access to the gym for sessions — an active Stroud's membership or a day pass (~$10 per visit). Private settings and other locations are available — inquire here (premium pricing applies).

Where do I train for the independent days?

Anywhere with the equipment you need — your home gym, your regular commercial gym, or Stroud's. The custom program is designed around the equipment you actually have access to, not a wish list.

What if I want to train more in-person days?

You'd want In-Person coaching instead — 2 to 7 sessions per week at $125/session. See the In-Person option →

What's your cancellation policy for individual sessions?

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows count as a used session, since the time was reserved for you.
