One human. One dataset. One program.
Expert coaching, built around your specific goals — doctoral-level expertise, hands-on training, and a program engineered for you and you alone.
You want to train with someone who actually knows what they're doing — and who builds the work around you specifically, not a template handed to everyone who walks in.
That's what in-person coaching here is. Doctoral-level expertise, hands-on technique, and a program engineered for your body, your goals, and your life.
Whether you're chasing measurable strength gains or finally want to train in a space that sees all of you — this is built for you.
I bring a level of scientific rigor to fitness coaching that most programs simply don't offer — a PhD in Experimental Psychology, doctoral-level Board Certification in Behavior Analysis, and 20+ years helping people build and sustain real behavior change.
"You don't fit the program. The program fits you."
In person, that means hands-on technique, real-time correction, and a program engineered specifically for your body, your goals, and your starting point — whether you're pushing for serious strength or building a foundation that lasts.
No guesswork. No one-size-fits-all. Just expert coaching designed entirely around the only variable that matters: you.
Work with MeEvery study of one begins with data. We start with a full in-person baseline — movement assessment, current strength and ability, injury history, and goals. Required before any coaching package.
From your baseline, we set your training cadence — anywhere from 2 to 7 sessions per week — and design a program around your body, your goals, and your starting point.
You show up, we coach hands-on, and your program adapts as you do — tracked, measured, and adjusted around your real results and your real life.
Hands-on coaching with Dr. Bailey, built entirely around you. Every path begins with the Baseline Session.
You show up, we train. Expert coaching and real-time correction, built entirely around you.

Work with Me →Hands-on coaching that builds around your body, your goals, and how you actually move — so your training is precise, safe, and effective. Real-time correction means you stop guessing and start progressing.
Showing up matters — and when you've got someone expert waiting for you, you actually do. Consistency stops depending on motivation, and starts depending on a system built around how behavior actually works. That's where real progress lives.
Most fitness coaching ignores the most important variable: you.
Your preferences, your patterns, your body, your history — everything that shapes what will actually work for you.
With a PhD in Experimental Psychology and doctoral-level Board Certification in Behavior Analysis, Dr. Bailey brings a research-grade understanding of human behavior to every session she coaches.
This isn't motivation culture. This isn't one-size-fits-all programming. This is applied behavioral science — individualized, systematic, and evidence-based — meeting you exactly where you are.
In clinical research, N-of-1 designs treat each participant as their own control — testing what works for the individual, not the average. That same principle is applied to each of my clients.
Doctoral-level research training in human behavior, learning, and performance — applied directly to your programming.
The highest level of certification in Applied Behavior Analysis — the science of understanding and shaping behavior.
In-person sessions are held at Stroud's Fitness in Hurst, TX — an old-school, results-oriented gym with serious equipment and a welcoming community for every skill level.
An active Stroud's membership or day pass (~$10) is required to access the facility for each session.
Because I can't program for an N of 1 without data. The baseline gives me your movement quality, current strength, injury history, and goals — so the very first real session is already built around you. It's required before any package.
No. Coaching is built around your exact starting point — whether you're an experienced lifter chasing more, or starting fresh. You'll always have clear guidance, technique work, and progression matched to you.
You can schedule anywhere from 2 to 7 sessions per week. The 2x/week minimum exists because consistency is where real progress happens — less than that, and it's hard to build the behavioral and physical patterns that stick. Beyond that, set the pace that fits your goals and your life.
You'll need access to the gym for sessions — an active Stroud's Fitness membership or a day pass (~$10 per visit). Becoming a member is the most cost-effective option and gives you a full gym to train in between sessions. If Stroud's isn't the right fit for you, private settings and other locations are available — inquire here (premium pricing applies).
Possibly — on a case-by-case basis depending on logistics. Stroud's is home base, but contact us about your situation and we'll see what works.
Simple: you keep a card on file, and your card is automatically charged $125 for each session that happens. No invoices, no chasing payments, no monthly minimums. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full session rate, since the time was reserved for you.
