Monthly auto-pay, charged in advance. Custom Remote Coaching is a flat $225/mo. The Consistency Lab is $350–600/mo depending on the level of support and frequency you need — we'll agree on the right tier before getting started. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Do I need to already be in shape or know what I'm doing?

No. Every option is structured around your current starting point. You'll always have clear guidance, modifications, and support based on your experience level.

What if I fall off or miss workouts?

You're not starting over. The goal isn't perfection — it's continuation. Each tier is designed to help you re-engage without guilt, pressure, or punishment.
